ICA University being a Division of a Charter dated 08.03.2003 of a USA based incorporation on Christian ethics and ethos, dated 22.01.1979 is open to all irrespective of any gender, religious, sexual considerations, citizenship, States, race, sects and class or educational level. ICA University is registered with MHRD, Department of Higher Education, Government of India- Registration No. L-52087/2013 to function virtually. It has been established adhering to State, Indian and International regulations, laws and legal concerns required to function away from any other Charter/s, or any parental Organization/s or other Rules and Regulations if there are any in the Division. Now it is absolutely independent including being autocephalous. It is now a registered Educational Charity. Indian Tamil Translation has been done by Dr. R. J.A. Stephen Loie on behalf of ICA University for the Human Rights Data-base of the United Nations (Click on the link for the UN web page) on special approval by the UDHR Team, aiming now at Tamils in Tamil Nadu and everywhere to be well versed and trained on Human Rights. This Translated Document has been the first of its kind in Indian Tamil since its declaration in 1948 to be added in their Database. Completed on 23.12.2020 for the UN.
